What could be more romantic than a loving couple and up to 10 guests gathering for a beautiful ceremony in our peaceful and private "Sweetheart Garden Gazebo."

Weekends, weekdays, short notice... Bishop Deb can usually accommodate your desire for a ceremony, working within your timeframe.

The Garden Gazebo is available to you for 45 minutes. This allows time for your arrival, the ceremony and photographs.

We are so happy to be up and running again after a few challenging years.

 

Your Sweet Little Wedding takes place outdoors in the Garden Gazebo.  Here, you may invite up to 10 guests to be with you as you exchange your vows. The ceremony takes place rain or shine, but guests are sheltered under a second large gazebo.

 

The setting is in our lovely, private back garden. Following the 25-minute ceremony (which includes signing of the paperwork) there will be time for photos.

 

The ceremony itself is personalized. You have a choice of contemporary or traditional vows, or you are welcome to compose your own vows. 

Guests can take photos or there is the option of including our in-house photographer for $150.  You receive your unedited photos on a USB stick at departure.  Speak with Deborah to arrange this.


We have a tripod available if you wish to video your ceremony with your phone.  If you wish to stream your ceremony to those unable to attend, we can arrange this.


Bring along your favorite music and sync it up to our bluetooth speaker.  Your wedding, your way!

Booking Your Sweet Little  Wedding

When we receive your booking and payment, we will confirm the time and date. Once we've coordinated a spot on the schedule, we then send along the ceremony via email. There you'll find several vow opt​ions. Simply let us know which ones you prefer when we finalize the ceremony details.

What to Bring?

You'll need an Ontario wedding license. For information on where to obtain one, please refer to the FAQ page

Arrival

Please arrive five or ten minutes before your appointed time. There is space in the driveway for four vehicles. Please note that this is our home, and while there is a washroom available for your use, we do not have a change room. We expect that couples will arrive wedding-ready.

Payment

Your Sweet Little Gazebo Wedding with up to 12 guests is $450, which includes the Venue and Officiant!  
 
There is a $45 charge if you wish to include a sand ceremony (or bring your own ingredients and we'll include it in the ceremony at no charge.)   And, there isn't any tax!  
 
We accept an e-transfer to revdeb@sympatico.ca.  An invoice through Square can be sent to you if you prefer to use a credit card.  You may also use the PayPal buttons below. A small processing fee will apply.
 
A non-refundable retainer of $100 will hold your date and time.  The balance must be paid a week before the chosen date and time.  (There is a balance payment page here.)
 
Upon the receipt of your payment, your requested date and time will be confirmed via email, and the ceremony will be attached. Payments are non-refundable. The balance may be paid by phone or Paypal before the ceremony or in cash the day of the wedding.

PLEASE NOTE: If you have been divorced outside of Canada, there is an important step before you are eligible for a wedding license. Please visit the FAQ page for more information on this.

We can recommend B&Bs, hotels, flower shops, photographers and area restaurants to make your occasion even more perfect. 

Important:

  • If couples are more than 20 minutes late there is a late fee of $35.

  • Please note that if couples do not have the balance paid by the wedding or do not have cash at the ceremony, there is a $35 non-payment fee added to the balance owed.

  • Cancellation of ceremony - Ceremonies are booked and ready to go at the appointed date and time. 
    If a cancellation by the couple occurs less than 72 hours ahead of the ceremony (barring emergency or unavoidable circumstance) all monies including retainer and ceremony fee will be deemed non-refundable. 

  • Rescheduling of ceremony - We understand that things happen.  With at least 72 hours notice, your ceremony can be rescheduled to a mutually convenient time.  Funds already sent will count towards the total ceremony fee.
