What is a Renewal of Vows Ceremony?

A Renewal of Vows ceremony is a way to reaffirm your wedding vows to each other.
​
It is a ceremony in which you will once more agree to the vows you have made. We offer a very simple, meaningful ceremony that not only affirms and honours the commitment you have shared, but expresses your dreams and aspirations for ​the next part of your life together.
We are available by appointment 11 a.m. until 6 p.m. seven days a week. Gazebo ceremonies are available Beginning June 21st.

Each appointment is for 45 minutes, beginning at the agreed upon time. From November to March, the micro chapel for 5 people is available for small ceremonies.

Upon receipt of monies, we'll send along your ceremony for personalizing. Each package includes a commemorative certificate suitable for framing. There isn't tax added, but for credit card payments, there is a small processing fee.

Planning a celebration in your backyard or a larger location? Deborah is delighted to share in your happy occasion, travelling to your event and working with you to personalize the ceremony.
A small travel charge may apply if the ceremony is taking place outside the immediate Niagara Region. Beginning at $475

Late fees. Please note that late fees come into effect if a couple is more than 25 minutes late. Appointments are booked in 45 minute intervals.
Cancellation of ceremony - Ceremonies are booked and ready to go at the appointed date and time. If a cancellation by the couple occurs less than 72 hours ahead of the ceremony (barring emergency or unavoidable circumstance) all monies including retainer and ceremony fee will be deemed non-refundable.

Rescheduling of ceremony - We understand that things happen. With at least 72 hours notice, your ceremony can be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time. Funds already sent will count towards the total ceremony fee.
Whether you’ve been together five years or fifty, a vow renewal is a beautiful way to celebrate your journey, honour the love that’s brought you this far, and look forward to all that’s still to come.
